- I currently work as a Regional Outreach Director for Elements Behavioral Health private substance abuse and mental health rehab facilities. I also instruct yoga and provide coaching services.
In the past I have lived in Sri Lanka & India doing disaster relief work and program consulting with Habitat for Humanity International.

- I can offer a variety of skills in helping people create a more beautiful life. Through yoga, coaching, logistics, marketing, business. I also make yummy smoothies and I am a great baker.
