- My work and my background:
- Constantly trying to find my niche out of high school. I have started many endeavors all of which lost steam. I began to realize that this produce/consume cycle we're raised in is incompatible with my mindset. I have taken a number of college classes, enlisted in the military, slept in a Ford Taurus, gotten vocationally certificated, ran away with my lover to the beach. None of this got me anywhere in my heart. The only true fulfillment I've recieved thus far was in volunteering in an organic farm community. I worked as hard as I could, not for a wage but for basic needs and more importantly relationships, a greater purpose.
