My work and my background:: Worked in a large german company to develop small solar power plants for villages in India, stayed 1 1/2 years in Auroville, South India; building of a rural community in South France; interest in application of quantum theory, chaos theory and living systems theory to social systems; involved for 20 years in Inner Work; coaching and teaching biofeedback and neurofeedback for personal development; bringing bohmian dialogue to NGO´s and companies, involved in New Work of Frithjof Bergmann

What is my contribution to a Global Villages network: Management of Projects, development of systems and selection of technology for small communities depending on context - Community Building, knowledge creation and conflict management by using dialogue or related methods; coaching people for what they really want (New Work)
