Klaus Stoll studied theology in Germany but is active in the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT’s) sector since over 20 years. In 1997 Mr. Stoll left the church sector in order to co-found Fundacion Chasquinet in Quito, Ecuador.
Mr Stoll was the President of Chasquinet until 2008 and is now available for consultancies, weddings and bar mitzvahs. You find him now realizing his unfulfilled professional dreams in several projects and seeking even more trouble through his uncensored and gut based statements. Klaus is fully committed to promote the strategic use of the Internet for development and very much involved in the policy discussions regarding information technologies in LAC and worldwide.

With your interest in Virtual Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording you might find of interest.
