My work and my background:
I work in the nonprofit sector in Corporate and Foundation Relations. Also, I have been a community organizer and grassroots activist since I was a teenager. I have specific interest around how to use the internet and social networks to change how human rights issues are framed and organized around.
What is my contribution to a Global Villages network
I am interested in writing about and discussing the ways that groups can form to advocate locally on national and international human rights issues.

Hi Arun,

With your interest in Virtual Technology, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording you might find of interest.
