After 23 years in the Indian Army, my wife and I embarked on a business venture manufacturing leather goods. Now when it came to expanding we are, contrary to conventional economic wisdom, in the process of changing the way we work to a more sustainable and replicable model of economic development with the village as the focus.
What is my contribution to a Global Villages network
We are developing a model for decentralised rural cum industrial developmentthat is relevant, integrated, sustainable & largely replicable in most of india.
